It wasn't until last week that I heard the name Frederick Herzberg, who has some super interesting work on human psychology and motivation.
I heard Herzberg's name in Chris McChesney's below ~70 second video about the difference between employee happiness and employee engagement.
There is a short list of ideas I wished I would have understood before I'd graduated college because of how they would have changed my approach to work and leadership, and this difference is one of them.
